TEAM PLACEMENTS 2021-2022

Saturday 22nd May

10am-11.30am: Mini/Youth aged 7-11 years £6

12pm-2pm: Junior aged 12-14 years £9

Sunday 23rd May

10am-12pm: Senior Session 1 aged 15+ £9

12.30pm-2.30pm: Senior Session 2 aged 15+ £9

Age is based on athletes age as of 31st August 2021 e.g. a 6 year old may attend Mini/Youth if they turn 7 years old on or before 31st August 2021.

If you've been a member of a competitive Sapphire Team since September 2019, Team Placements are FREE this season!

Is your session full?! Don't worry, we'll be adding more sessions where necessary, just drop us an email and we can make sure you're added on!

All athletes are required to attend Team Placements in order for our coaches to re-evaluate skills and place them on their new teams, and to kick off the new season from 7th June! ​

So, what happens at Team Placements?

Athletes should arrive 5 minutes before their session, and wait outside the building. Please come in suitable sportswear, with hair tied up, cheer trainers or light weight trainers/plimsoles, no jewellery, and bring plenty of water! Due to covid restrictions, please minimise bringing any non-essential items to the session and the changing rooms will be closed. In the session, athletes will be casually assessed in various areas of cheer, such as Dance, Tumbles, Jumps & Stunting! We keep our environment super relaxed, and the most important thing is that everyone feels comfortable and has fun. Just do your best, and everyone gets a place on a team anyway!
